Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. At the time of purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
Important: If you meant to choose a different colour, style, or size, or if your address is incorrect, please email us at hello@bongusta.ca as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us right away so we can cancel and refund it before it ships.
FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA
We offer free shipping on eligible orders to anywhere in Canada. Orders typically take 4-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
Please note: Some promotional items may not be eligible for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within Canada only from bongusta.ca. For orders outside of Canada, please visit bongusta.dk.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in shipping, please contact the shipping company and us.
If you receive the package and the goods are damaged, please report this to e-mail hello@bongusta.ca within reasonable time after you have received it. If you receive the wrong item/size from what was ordered, please notify us as well. All approved returns and exchanges must be within 30 days of initial delivery.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Orders will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and Affirm. Payments usually clear the next business day, though in some cases it may take up to 2 business days or more.
