Refund policy

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

You always have 30 days rights of return, if you have regrets about your purchase or is not satisfied with the goods. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt. Items must have the original tags. Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. 

If the returned item/items differ from these standards, we will access their worth and process the refund amount according to this.

Rights of return expires 30 days after you have received your package. Not picking up the package or denying delivery is not a valid reason, you have to inform us by email: hello@bongusta.ca

You must return your order within 30 days after you have informed us about the return. You are fully responsible for both delivery expenses and safety conditions of the item, when shipped back to us.

Orders must be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service, as BONGUSTA is not responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

When we receive back the goods and the items are all approved we’ll return the order amount to your account. We will refund the amount to the account originally used for the purchase. We can hold back the refund until we have received the goods. In order to receive the full amount of money back, the goods returned must be in a condition so they can be sold as new. You are welcome to try the goods in a way you would in our store, but it is up to us to consider if the goods have been used for more than that. In that case you will receive a smaller amount of money in return or nothing at all considering the statement of the goods

Please note that the original shipping amount is nonrefundable. Returning of goods is at your own cost and risk.

 

CLAIMS

You can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear and tear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear. In connection with complaints, defects and faults contact us at hello@bongusta.ca within reasonable time from noticing the flaw. Remember, in detail, to describe the fault and please include images.
