ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your purchase.
  • Shipping Notification: A second email will be sent once your order has shipped, including your tracking number.
  • Order Changes & Cancellations: If you need to update a color, style, size, or shipping address, please email us at hello@bongusta.ca immediately. To cancel an order, please contact us right away so we can process your refund before the item ships.

FREE SHIPPING IN CANADA

We offer Free Shipping on all orders of $150 and above to anywhere in Canada.

  • Order Minimum: To qualify for free shipping, your order subtotal must be $150 or more (before taxes).
  • Delivery Timeline: Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Exclusions: Please note that certain promotional items may be ineligible for free shipping even if the threshold is met.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship exclusively within Canada via bongusta.ca. For international orders outside of Canada, please visit our global site at bongusta.dk.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

We strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. If an issue arises, please follow the steps below:

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact both the shipping carrier and our support team at hello@bongusta.ca.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product/size, please report the issue to hello@bongusta.ca within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
  • Returns & Exchanges: All approved returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the initial delivery date.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

To ensure security, orders will not be shipped until payment is fully confirmed. Payments usually clear by the next business day, though some may take 2+ business days. We accept the following payment methods:
