Return & Refund Policy
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
You have a 30-day right of return if you change your mind about your purchase or are not satisfied with your goods.
- Condition of Items: Goods must be returned unused, with original tags, and in the same condition as received. Returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odors, or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.
- Assessment: If items are returned in a condition that differs from these standards, we will assess their value and adjust the refund amount accordingly.
- Deadline: The right of return expires 30 days after you receive your package. You must return the items within 30 days of informing us of your intent to return.
- Notification: Refusing delivery or failing to pick up a package does not constitute a valid return. You must inform us via email at hello@bongusta.ca.
- Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for all return shipping expenses and the safety of the items during transit. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured service, as BONGUSTA Canada is not responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and approve your returned items, we will process your refund.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original account used for the purchase.
- Full Refunds: To receive a full refund, goods must be in "as new" condition. You may try the goods as you would in a physical store, but we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount—or deny it entirely—if the goods show signs of excessive use or damage.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable. All returns are at your own cost and risk.
- Processing Time: We may withhold the refund until we have physically received and inspected the goods.
CLAIMS & DEFECTS
You may file a complaint regarding product defects or faults occurring within 24 months of purchase.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to defects, damages, or wear and tear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or ordinary daily use.
- How to File: If you notice a flaw, please contact us at hello@bongusta.ca within a reasonable time.
- Requirements: When emailing, please include a detailed description of the fault and attach clear images of the issue to help us process your claim quickly.
